How It Works
- The remote monitoring program builds on municipal Community Paramedic initiatives by adding remote monitoring capabilities, allowing paramedics to monitor patients with the same human resources.
- Paramedics set up the monitoring equipment in the patient’s home and demonstrate to show the patient how to use it.
- Patients are encouraged to take daily readings are remotely sent to CPRPM Portal for the paramedic to view.
